We know you're excited to get your critters! Here's everything you need to know about how Funny Little Critters orders are made, packed, shipped, and delivered.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on what you order. Because Funny Little Critters is a small business and many of our products are handmade, your order may need a little time to get ready before it heads your way.

Stickers & Paper Goods: Most sticker, print, and other paper-good orders are ready to ship within 1–2 business days.
Handmade Plushies: Most of our plushies are made to order and typically take around 5–7 business days to make, pack, and prepare for shipping.

Making plushies to order helps us keep less back stock, use our materials more efficiently, and continue offering a growing variety of critters without needing to keep large quantities of every design on hand.

Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Busy Seasons

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, especially around holidays, new releases, sales, or other times when we receive more orders than usual.

We'll do our best to keep current processing information available on the website when we're experiencing longer-than-normal turnaround times.

Need your order by a specific date? Feel free to email us at funnylittlecritters.help@gmail.com before placing your order. Let us know what you're interested in ordering and when you need it, and we'll let you know whether we think we can get it to you in time.

We can't guarantee carrier delivery dates, but we'd much rather help you plan before you order!

Shipping Within the United States

Funny Little Critters currently ships website orders within the United States.

Most orders are shipped through USPS, with UPS occasionally used depending on the size of the package, destination, and available shipping options.

Available shipping methods and costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your order, package size, shipping method, and destination.

You'll always be able to see your shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Clothing & Print-on-Demand Items

Our clothing is a little different from our handmade products.

Funny Little Critters clothing is produced and shipped by a print-on-demand production partner. This allows us to offer professionally printed clothing without having to keep a large inventory of every design, color, and size.

It also helps us keep our clothing as affordable and accessible as possible while allowing us to focus our in-house time and space on creating plushies, stickers, and other Funny Little Critters products.

Print-on-demand also means the printing is handled with professional equipment designed specifically for apparel, so your critter designs are made to last.

Because these products are produced by a separate fulfillment partner:

Clothing may arrive separately from the rest of your Funny Little Critters order.
Clothing has its own production and shipping timeline.
Packages containing clothing may arrive without Funny Little Critters branded packaging or extras.
If you order clothing and handmade products together, don't worry if one package arrives before the other!

Any applicable shipping and delivery information will be provided with your order.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available for your shipping method, you'll receive tracking information once your order has been packed and the shipping label has been created.

Please keep in mind that it can take a little time for tracking to update after a package is handed over to the carrier.

Some small items, such as stickers shipped by letter mail, may have limited tracking or may not receive the same detailed tracking updates as a standard package.

International Orders

Outside the United States? You can still shop Funny Little Critters!

International customers can find Funny Little Critters on Etsy, where we ship to select countries.

Using Etsy for international orders makes it easier for us to handle the additional shipping, tax, and order requirements that can come with sending our critters around the world, while also providing international customers with a smoother checkout experience.

We're still working on bringing more of the Funny Little Critters catalog to Etsy, so not every product from our website may be available there just yet.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible at funnylittlecritters.help@gmail.com and we'll do our best to fix it.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional

shipping costs may be required to send it again.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are handled by the carrier, and occasional delays can happen.

If your order appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or something just doesn't look right, please contact us at funnylittlecritters.help@gmail.com. We'll help you figure out what happened and what the next steps should be.

If an item arrives damaged, please keep the item and its original packaging and take a few photos. These may be needed when working with the shipping carrier.
