Funny and Simple Critters.
Hi, I'm Trinity, the creator behind Funny Little Critters. My search history is probably 50% animal facts, 25% sewing questions, and 25% me trying to convince myself I don't need to turn another weird animal into a plushie.
This project started with two things I've always loved: animals and creating.
Back in high school, I discovered a passion for art and design. Around the same time, I found myself constantly falling down rabbit holes researching animals I'd never heard of before. One minute I'd be looking up a capybara, and the next I'd somehow be reading about a fish that walks on land or a shrimp that punches harder than a bullet.
Naturally, those interests eventually collided.
What started as drawing animal stickers for fun slowly grew into Funny Little Critters, a shop filled with handmade creations inspired by some of my favorite animals and a website where I can share the critters that capture my attention and make me smile.
I genuinely enjoy learning about animals. Not because I have to, but because I find them fascinating. The world is full of incredible creatures, and I love discovering what makes each one unique. Sometimes it's a bizarre adaptation, sometimes it's an unusual behavior, and sometimes it's simply because they look absolutely ridiculous.
Many of the products I create start with an animal that caught my attention and refused to leave my brain.
I'll find a new species, spend far too much time reading about it, save way too many photos, and eventually decide that it needs to become a sticker, plushie, keychain, or some other creation.
That's also why you'll find animal profiles, facts, and resources throughout this website. While Funny Little Critters is first and foremost a shop, I wanted a place where I could share some of the things I've learned and celebrate the animals that inspire my work.
I'm not a biologist or wildlife expert. I'm simply someone who loves animals, enjoys researching them, and likes sharing interesting discoveries with other people who might appreciate them too.

How My Products Are Made
Every product begins with my original artwork and ideas.
Most of the products you see at Funny Little Critters are made right here at home. From sewing plushies and preparing printed products to packing orders and testing new ideas, a large part of this project is hands-on and created by me.
As Funny Little Critters grows, I've started working with a few trusted production partners for certain products such as apparel, home goods, and acrylic keychains. This allows me to offer new items without needing industrial equipment or a warehouse in my spare bedroom while still keeping the artwork and designs entirely my own.
Many of my stickers, art prints, and other printed products are also produced, packaged, and prepared in-house. I genuinely enjoy the creative process, and there's something satisfying about seeing an idea go from a sketch to a finished product ready for its new home.
These silly critters keep me busy between my full-time job, school, and everyday life, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Funny Little Critters has grown from a simple hobby into a passion project that I genuinely look forward to working on every day. Whether a product is handmade by me or professionally produced from my artwork, every item starts with something that genuinely sparked my curiosity and excitement.
Why I Do This
At the end of the day, Funny Little Critters exists because it brings together all of my favorite things.
I get to learn about animals.
I get to create things with my hands.
I get to turn weird little critters into stickers and plushies.
And best of all, I get to share them with people who appreciate them just as much as I do.
There's something incredibly rewarding about watching a random animal obsession turn into a finished product and eventually find its way into someone else's home.
At the end of the day, Funny Little Critters is really just a collection of animals I love, things I enjoy making, and facts I couldn't keep to myself.
